With the published release of Day 5 of my Zootopia OC-centric fanfic story: In Darkness I Hide, I figured it was finally time to reveal this art piece created for me almost 2 years ago! This was a very spoilerish picture and I did not want to unveil it early for fear or ruining one of the biggest twists in the entire story. The villainous figure in the background is Rosco. He is the current leader of the sect known as The Arbiter's Hand that resides in the Nocturnal District of Zootopia. The three characters in front of him are the three agents that once served him as assassins. You can see Murana was once under his employ as well as Jack Savage. The third, for those who have read the story thus far, can easily guess who he is. For those not in the know, I'll still not spoil it. I'm happy to show this picture at long last!
