Tie-up pranks were disturbingly common at Pepper's college dorm, but the one she and Yuzu currently found themselves in was particularly dastardly. Their boots stolen and their socks taken off to be packed into their mouths, at the mercy of a very tickly feather... They really shoudl've just gone back home for the weekend.
