Mae works perfectly in patchwork, and I can see her just sort of skipping her way through the wastes 'little Suzie' style, seemingly innocent and unawares...before suddenly turning on a dime and blowing a hole through a feral ghoul...and back to skipping along her way.

I think the major threat Mae represents is the legion of friends following her... it sorta reminds me of a time in 76 where a friend and I were doing some cross-country, and found a deathclaw, and his 6 yao guai friends. It... was interesting?

Ha, since they knock you about in 76, taking hits from them can quite easily stun-lock you, which, is frustrating because I play a str build, with a super sledge that deals more damage than a rocket launcher... I really feel like I should also be putting a pause in thier step.... but, we actually got through all but 2 bears before going down, then cleaned up th rest after respawn. Good times. Ow0

Sounds like. I enjoy 76, but don't really have anyone to play it with...though I'll admit to being annoyed they stuck in a bunch of level limits for gear. I'm an energy weapon player, and finding one early only to learn I have to reach a certain level to use my preferred weapon type was...yeah.

Yeah, there are definitely concessions they made, but they could have definitely made some better decisions in some areas. Overall I greatly enjoy the game, but it's certainly a work in progress. XD

it made me sad that the playable kids version of fallout 4 kinda sucked, children of the wasteland was so much fun...
I always wanted an alternate start where you start in little lamplight and have to go doing quests for the kids there... had this whole quest progression system worked out on how it would cross with the main story line...
I also wish that i could play a child character in 76.... would be fun to roleplay a kid being taught to hunt and scav by their parents..

Oh man, I have so many fond memories of CotW in 3. Some really fantastic mod combinations @w@ I didn't do 4 on PC, because my PC would never handle it... TwT 76 would be perfect for child characters, the idea that only adults exist in the vaults after 25 years is laaaame.

oh yeah.... i mean it kinda breaks continuity? because there's elderly facial features and stuff so people of all ages were going into that vault, and it's just not believable you can put human beings in a confined area and people aren't going to have sex.
But yeah, i play in a littles group and it would be really cool to play like a 9 or 10 year old being taught how to hunt and shoot and stuff in a roleplay scenario.
