An old sketch I remade in digital ages ago, and plum forgot about!

Never got around to polishing it off fully, but then, the character is from one of my story ideas so I never really intended to draw him at all. This was just a fun idea after watching the PoTC films a few too many times... and then some more of this otter's story fell into place...! Come to think of it, I really should get around to writing some more of that story, when I find the time... it'll be awesome, trust me! ^_^
Only, I keep trying to plan out a long epic saga for him... I may even end up making a few pictures to go with the story as well...?
