The de-facto ruler of the nation of Luchsreich. Molasar has only been ruling Luchsreich for a short time; his father, the king, is still alive, but bedridden, and Molasar is impetuous, impatient and eager to bring his outdated iron curtain country into the 21st century, and he believes he can do this with the assistance of Dark Kat, who proposes that they forcibly enlist Professor Hackle in order to not just modernize Luchreich's military, but "futurize" it by creating an unstoppable army of robotic soldiers.
