She came out well. I like her posture, it is very much like her battle stance. Side-boob looks good, general anatomy looks about right.
Her face seems rather flat, to me. Might need more chin and longer nose but it's not bad. Colors are her. Background and feet work, too. Nice glowy effect on the foot prints.

I think you did a fantastic job with her. The face is commonly ruined I think, but in this one? Great. I can see her going all cat out like that. I could argue the face is flatish but it's not damaging the picture in my opinion. It's cute which I think you were aiming for.
I used to play her in the games. When Marvel vs Capcom 2 came out, I often would just 'stand still' to distract the person I was playing against. It's sad how often that helped. xD
