Another minor SWAT Kats character, an anonymous Kat's Eye News reporter from the episode The Giant Bacteria. He's so short he has to stand on his tip-toes to interview Commander Feral - I mean, so do most people, but this guy more than others; he was probably on a stepladder when we see him interviewing Feral on TV. I gave him the name Tom Katz in my fanfic novelization of the episode. Like the other male reporter with a speaking role in the episode, he was voiced Frank Welker doing his "Fred from Scooby-Doo" voice.
