A (very) minor SWAT Kats character from the episode The Giant Bacteria. He was a Kat's Eye News reporter, similar in some respects to Tab Mouser in the later episode Unlikely Alloys (neatly pomaded black hair, dark blue suit, etc.), minus the creepy game show host smile. He was going to reappear in Metal Urgency when he and other reporters witnessed Feral turn down the Metallikats' offer, but his scene was cut when the ending was rewritten so only Callie witnesses Feral's confrontation with them. He was voiced by Frank Welker doing his Fred Jones voice from Scooby-Doo.
