I'm a bit burned-out right now but fortunately I remembered that I also did this sprite during October so technically it can be an Artober thing. (It's not 100% finished, I'm gonna keep updating it probably.) Too bad chicken was yesterday's Inktober prompt, but eh whatever!
Sifar the Sunbird is the first of the seven Zodiac spirits. He's a proud, vain little feather duster and values his plumage above almost everything else. Despite his egotism and pompousness, he's very kind and generous to his family, especially Myrrh.
Although he is called the Sunbird, his actual relationship with the Sun is uncertain. The Zodiac spirits are known to have a distinct form of "holy light", apart from that of the sun and the moon. Certainly Ilia would not allow herself to be controlled like any mundane star.
