This caps at the August 2017 release, which will then slow to month-at-a-time releases again.

As a warning, a whole comic project might not be out for a few years, if we do produce a full thing at all ^^; digital purchase or most recent content is limited to one month's pages release per month, so if you started in two years it'd take you two more years to finish release-per-release.

Honestly, if the comic really won't be finished for a few years like you're predicting, then after releasing a certain number of pages, I'd think it would be okay to release up to say 300 pages after, I don't know, roughly 800 or so have been released. The previews are one thing, but you're basically saying 'You can only view the whole thing if you pledge to patreon or wait a few years until it's finished.' Just a small thought.

That right, unless we make a physical copy near the end of the project, which is priced reasonably for the content we've been charging our Patrons for, the comic will only be viewable in full via our private server, which you get access to by paying on Patreon.
The reason why we won't be considering posting the first 300 pages of the project for free when we hit 800 pages is because we had people pay for that content to be made and the team would rather not re-enforce the "wait and you shall be rewarded" attitude - especially because we started out offering a 1 for 2 release schedule for free that was ruined by people distributing the content or making threats to the team - the hand was bitten, now we're reluctant to give.
Our early Patrons took a risk with the project when we were making a page a week and paid $3 a month for it, they breathed the life into this project and are the reason it didn't die out at 30 pages. In the future we may increase what your first payment to Patreon gets you (currently it's pages 1-105), and we may change how many panels you get per payment (currently it's at least 18, though mostly 20-25) and we might change how far into the comic you can bulk buy before hitting the "time wall" of only getting one release a month (currently it's 6 releases, up to page 215)... but we might also increase the prices for this content again, when we hit a steady 25-30 panels a month from 5-8, we increased the cost per month for new supporters to $6 from $3 for the basic resolution reward - though supporters for the first three years of the project still only pay $3 (their reward for not waiting and seeing if we crack to demands and insults).
Because everyone starts at purchasing pages 1-105, I don't think there'd be a point where we'd show for free what we've been previewing if every new Patron had to buy through those pages they already saw. Our Patreon may also be the litmus test from which we invite users to pledge for other projects we create in the future - with those who are not members of the Patreon either having to wait to be invited or barred from access to new projects, like they are barred from seeing the exclusive pin-up art we make each month now.
