Background/History
From a young age, Martin Morrison grew up on western films and dreamed of being an gunslinging hero. While becoming a fairly skilled marksman under the guidance of his father, Morrison was something of a trouble-maker and got into more than his fair share of it as he got older. When reaching adulthood, he began a life of crime and eventually ended up taking part in a heist of chemicals from a remote research facility. As they fled into a desert, he and his crew found themselves caught in a tornado. The truck was hurled around and while in the back, Morrison was exposed to some of the chemicals before being flung out of the back and struck by lightning. He miraculously survived and was rushed to the hospital. During his recovery, he soon discovered he possessed the ability to move at incredible speeds in a funnel like formation and a few other abilities. Seeing this as his big break, Morrison grabbed an wild west themed costume and began calling himself Dust Devil.
