Ahh, love, in the Zootopia universe. These two are minor but important side-characters in my stories "Interspecies Relationship Support Network: Tri-Burrows Chapter" and "The Burrows."
There on the right, Deputy Buck Roeberts of the Tri-Burrows Sheriff's Department, a fairly standard good old boy roebuck, sort of a compromise between Barney Fife and Bubba Skinner. He's not so smart and he's not so enlightenened but he knows both and he's working his damnedest to fix both. He's most often the lead deputy, going along with Sheriff Nikostytär often enough that he could probably be the undersheriff if they were so inclined to empower the position, especially as he's been growing more tolerant and understanding of late.
On the left is his sweetheart, Hayma Arwat Sanda, a non-specified name as Hayma is her grandmother's unique name and Sanda is her mother's. Don't worry, this isn't a child bride situation. She is just really, REALLY tiny. She might even be slightly large for her species. See the fangs? She's a muntjac deer, specifically a leaf muntjac doe, a species where both does and bucks have visible fangs. In other muntjac species does tend to have smaller fangs. She's a transplant, hailing from Zootopia, specifically Vine Country where I have written in a kind of huge Asiatown area. Her family are immigrants from the Zootopian equivalent of Burma. She works as a housemaid for the Seedcache family of Squirrelburrow, chipmunk orchard owners and major money folk.
This is them just being adorable, as they are wont to be. They're that kind of sappy couple that gets all kissy. It's just difficult because of the size thing. Buck really loves how her fangs feel when she kisses him. It tickles.
Buck and Hayma are mine Zootopia and concepts (c) Disney Artwork done by the inimitable: iconcapthairball: Capt_Hairball Hit him up for cute stuff like this and much less SFW content as well.
