wait so which kind of colors do they come in? and what kind of choice of color do you have on birth if you throw in some money under the table... like are there some red ones out there?!? jk that actually pretty cool to know :3 would be nice if you could show all the color combinations that actually exist if possible for the species since its a bit hard to follow past venkats and viridis xD I know theres like 3 branches of venkats but viridis havent been fleshed out as much as a whole... btw, love your are, can't wait for chapter 4! or 3 if my memory is wrong lol

A pure blooded Viridi would be green, but that green can vary from family to family (like the difference between Simon and Jake). Hybrids can have coats other than green, depending on the non Viridi parent (like Sylvester, with his white coat).
Yeah, I do want to do smaller pieces with different species and characters. Can seem a bit restrictive when the story is only following 2 families.
