AKA Ricky the Evil Rubber Rocket Alolan Rattata

When a poor, hapless Pokémon trainer stumbles into a secret Team Rocket research facility, they see it as a perfect opportunity to try out their latest experiment.

A liquid latex-like substance falls from the ceiling, engulfing the poor trainer and leaving him thoroughly drenched.

Shortly afterwards the trainer begins to feel funny, his memories becoming fuzzy as new thoughts enter his mind, telling him that he is loyal to Team Rocket and their evil mission for total supremacy. With these new thoughts, the latex coating him starts reshaping itself as it spreads across his body. His rubber coated mouth pushes out into a muzzle and his ears stretch outward, his clothes being shifting into the standard black Team Rocket cap and sweater, complete with the signature Red R. His belly begins to balloon outward and from behind, the beginning of a long tail starts to emerge. Finally, his feet are reshaped into shiny new paws.

Once the last remnants of the former trainer have completely disappeared, there now stands Ricky, ready to cause all sorts of mischief and commit crimes in the name of Team Rocket.

Ricky can be described as mischievous as he likes to mess with both innocent people and his fellow Team Rocket members. Like the Pokémon he was based on, he’s a glutton who loves food and can usually be found stuffing his face when he’s not causing trouble.
