The sixth pic out of nine in which Bucky is drawn in a popular cartoon style, Bucky in Adventure Time style, done by the talented VampireMeerkat. 😊

Here’s a quick blurb on how Bucky would exist within this show:

In this universe, Bucky spends most of his time at Turtle Princess’s library, reading children’s stories and comic books. His favorite stories revolve around magical deer that could fly through the sky and spent their time helping a magical bearded man delivering gifts to all the good little children around the world. Enraptured with the idea, he suddenly notices The Ice King being dragged out of the library by Turtle Princess’s guards for harassing her. The buck’s eyes widen and sparkle as he has found his Santa whom he can serve loyally and help spread joy across the land of Ooo. A short while later when the Ice King is back home complaining to Gunther about how Turtle Princess isn’t even that cute, so she should be leaping at the chance to get on the Ice King’s band wagon. Suddenly, a very exhausted Bucky climbs in through the Ice Castle’s entrance. At first, the Ice King begins to angrily demand to know what Bucky thinks he’s doing and is ready to blast him, but is then silenced when Bucky puts a gloved finger up to his mouth, still panting and wheezing from having just scaled the side of the Ice Mountain and asks him if he’s got a bottle of water or sports drink. Forgetting that he was angry, the Ice King goes over to a nearby cooler and pulls out a bottle of water and gives it to the parched deer who guzzles it down and then professes that he has traveled a great distance to meet his greatness and would be honored to help him in his noble quest in spread cheer to all the good boys and girls of Ooo. The Ice King, of course, is confused and admits that he has no idea what the deer is taking about. Bucky rationalizes that it’s probably been a while since he’s delivered any gifts so he probably needs help remembering how. Bucky first redecorates the Ice King’s foyer to look more festive and then dresses up the penguins to look like Christmas elves. Bucky then orders the penguins to start wrapping gifts, and penguins, not sure what is considered a gift, start wrapping fish in wrapping paper, as it is something they themselves know they would like to receive. Still confused, the Ice King asks why they’re doing all this again, and Bucky explains that for all the good little boys and girls, and that they’re going to visit them in the night while they’re asleep and leave presents. Interested in the last part, the Ice King asks if this also includes visiting the various princesses of Ooo. While Bucky is reluctant since most of them are not children, but he does agree they work very hard so they should get presents as well.

That night, Bucky has the penguins construct a sleigh for him and the Ice King to ride in order to deliver the gifts but it quickly falls apart with the slightest touch so Bucky instead suggests they go by foot. Heading to the Candy Kingdom as it is the nearest civilization, Bucky and the Ice King start the arduous possess of breaking into various candy people’s homes and leaving gift wrapped fish in various places. When finished, Bucky is ready to move onto the next town when he notices the Ice King’s sack looks fuller than when they started, and Bucky is shocked to see the Princess Bubblegum tied up and gagged inside the bag. Bucky demands to know why the Ice King would do something so awful, and the Ice King explains that if they’re giving junk to people then they should be entitled to take stuff they want in return. Hearing this finally allows Bucky to understand that the Ice King is not Santa and his dream is crushed. The Banana Guards and Peppermint Butler burst in on the scene and the Ice King flies away, leaving Bucky to be tackled and handcuffed by the guards. The next day, Bucky is on trial for his crimes against the kingdom with Peppermint Butler acting as the judge, as the Candy Prosecutor reads off the multiple charges, Bucky can only hang his head in despair and accept whatever punishment they choose to inflict upon him. However, the Princess enters the court and calls for then to stop. Peppermint Butler asks why the Princess would not want to see her abductor receive justice for his crimes and the Princess explains that Bucky didn’t actually kidnap her, it was the Ice King, and that the only crimes Bucky actually committed were breaking and entering, and leaving fish in people’s houses, which while gross, is ultimately harmless. Understanding that the Princess doesn’t want to really press charges, Peppermint Butler rules that Bucky is free to go, but is banned from returning to the Candy Kingdom for being a nuisance.

As Bucky is escorted by the Banana Guards to the kingdom’s entrance, Princess Bubblegum calls out to him. She admits that while she doesn’t approve of his methods, she appreciates his intentions, as being kind and generous to others is always a good thing. She then presents to him what looks like a red pill/candy and asks him to eat it. Not one to pass up free food, he complies, and then the Princess explains he’s just consumed a concentrated form of anti-graviton particles that once properly absorbed in his system will allow him to breech the Third Law of Motion. Noticing that Bucky doesn’t understand anything she’s saying, she sighs and asks him to look down and to realizes his feet aren’t touching the ground anymore. With a rush of sheer joy, the now-flight capable deer zooms around the air much like the caped-crusaders from the comics. He thanks the Princess and asks her if there is any way to repay her, to which she states to just continue trying to be kind to others, and to also not leave fish as a gift, because that’s gross.

That night, from atop of their treehouse, Finn and Jake are watching the night sky when they see Bucky fly by, commenting on how strange it seems, they go back to watch the night sky and twinkling stars.
