A gift for my good buddy redphienix.
this is his oc Placid Quill.

time took to draw and color
about 3 hours :iconfacehoofplz: would have gotten it done sooner but the coloring took so long, it had all these nasty white dots next to the outline that just would not do!
the actual drawing took about 20 minutes.
Tools used:
Gimp, Paint, Mouse, and lots of patience.

Epic fail at capturing the mlp art style.
but at least no wonky horns this time . . . ehh mostly.
Lame pose is lame I know but I cant do anything more dynamic.

This is a fine Example of what I can do when I really try.
I think I'm getting much better. also I will maybe be getting a art laser pen thing for xmas so hopefully that will make my art even better.
