I LOVE THE NEW SHOW / EPISODES! Only thing what I don't like is Splinter. He looks ugly and fat... Plus he's not acting or being like a true martial arts / spiritual master. You most surely have seen the moment in first episode where he just sat on the chair having pieces of food on him, then snoring and sleeping on the chair like some drunker... That was just... No. Huge no. Splinter, to me, isn't like that. At all.
Also Donnie's voice / the way how he speaks with same tone all the time is something what I don't like all that much. But otherwise I LOVE the show! :D

Oh, yes. Hot chocolate is yummy. I just fear there will be no winter this year. At least not by me in Germany. There was just one snowy day, last year and that since 5 year's! I miss snow.
It's like you reading my thoughts. I was thinking exactly the same thing's, when watching the new episodes. The new TMNT are just great; so funny and so adorable. The action is very good for the short screen time and I really appreciate the idea of them to be so clumsy at the beginning; need to train more, experience more. *spoiler start* My favourite moment is when Raph is eating the rest of the pepperoni monster and his brother's try to stop him. He is drooling and looking so innocent. XD *spoiler end*
But Splinter is an absolut no go! There is nothing honourable in his character anymore. And he is so rude to the Turtles. It's like the damn tv is more important than them. He was always peaceful, at balance with his inner world, a proud master and a loving father (only not 1987. They never called him father in this cartoon)

Hot chocolate is! I have basically live most of my life just by drinking hot chocolate :'D But now I have been living about a year, or two, without drinking it anymore. I don't know why but I just stopped :/ But during winter time I will drink it for sure <3 It tastes good, bring back so many wonderful memories and I just LOVE sit in my apartment with dim light on / candle lights only while listening good music and having huge mug full of hot chocolate <3
I really like it too how they are clumsy (especially Leo xD) and we have to remember they are still teens who are growing in all possible ways. Raph in that moment was so freaking adorable (while drooling) and Don trying to stop him, ahah! I agree with you about Splinter! It seems some fans are not liking him either because of all these reasons. AND I can't understand it why Splinter don't call his sons by the name. For example he said to Raphael; "I thought the purple one was the funny one." Why he just couldn't say Donatello/ Don / Donnie?

Oh, I totally agree. This moment with the perfume is just super cute. And funny. I was laughing like for ten minutes because my brain automatically compared this Raph with all other Raphs. And they would for sure kill one for even bringing up such an idea. But Mikey was also not bad playing the seductive hippo. XD

OMG!!! I just saw a picture in my head I will never forget again in my whole life. Imagine: 2003 Raph sanding in his room before a big mirror using a beautifully smelling rose perfume (I dono, maby because his color ist red and red flowers in my head are roses or poppy flowers) and just in this moment Leo walks in! XD And than a second picture where Raphael tryes hopelessly to explain it to him. I am just dying out of laughter right now. XD
After watching all the new episodes again I think I like her too. She is just a brave power women. But I still somehow like April from 2012 more, even if I dislike how she often hurt Donnie. But, to be honest I can understannd it a bit. After all Donnie is a mutant Turtle. It is not that easy to chose him a partner. (Do not kill me)

2012 April is actually, to me, only April who I literally hate. Not because what I have heard her to do to Donnie but her own personal energy over all. When I saw her first time I was filled with so strong hate and I instantly sensed she's horrible bitch - and that she has been. I honestly don't know ANY other fictional character who I hate as much as I hate her. If she would be real person I wouldn't hesitate to stab her face into a mush so that none recognizes her. That much I simply hate her. Nick completely had screwed that April up which is huge shame since I always have liked all other form of April. (no offensive of any kind!)
Please do watch if you want and can! 2003 April is that kind of woman who I adore, even in real life. Strong and independent, takes no shit from anyone but she also loves and cares deeply. She's there and won't hesitate to do anything to help you. She also understands and supports. She won't turn her back on you. She's also loyal, not afraid to ask help either. There's so much good about her <3 I haven't found even one single thing about her what I wouldn't like / love.

I watched now Season 1 from 2003 TMNT and you are right she is awesome. I was so heartbroken when she started to cry, because her shop was destroyed. But than she stood her woman! And she is equal to Donnie when it comes to help out in all that difficult stuff. She takes part in the missions and I appreciate that a lot.
