This is a new character, Rhonda Skytopia. Came to me from just a daydream and after I started drawing her, I just fell in love with the character. She immediately made someone happy and definitely made me happy with her design! She's a Pachoda, a Rhychoda in particular.
1. One thing to keep in mind, the 5 toed plantigrade feet is a Gargotonian trait, rather than a Pachoda trait. Coco, the first Gargotonian native created for Starmaninja, is the only Gargotonian Native (barring Stardra's children) who has 3 toes because Zaiphara wanted to design her similar to the other Deities, who all have 3 toes anyway. So that does mean if a Ratzu, Rizu, etc were to come from Gargotonia, they would have 5 toes as well, and a Pachoda born in other regions may have 3 or 4, depending on heredity. Why? Variety.
2. Rhonda was initially planned to be a model like Emerald, but I kept imagining her being a sky pilot and drew the goggles. I call her a Fashionable Pilot cause despite her aviation skills and mechanics, I still often imagine her being very stylish and candy for the camera.
3. Yes that's a tattoo on her shoulder. Not even joking I completely forgot I drew a tattoo on her shoulder when I drew her and ultimately decided to keep it cause it's cute on her. Like a beauty mark in a sense. I don't imagine Stars getting tattoos cause most of them have fur on their body, but it really is a personality thing for them anyway, so even though I'm not against the idea of adding more tattoos to the Stars, most of them still will likely go without and the few that do get them are going to be just little symbols. Nothing complicated or distracting.
4. I really wanted to draw her with an afro, similar to Kalypso from Donkey Kong Barrel Blast. It actually came out super well though. Really nice!
