I guess wearing diapers 24/7 doesn't exactly make you very good at "holding it", what a surprise...

Drew this a while ago as warmup, then decided to come back and fix it up. I think I've given up on drawing more animal-like eyes on Peony. She's just so much more expressive with big shiny anime eyes, haha. Maybe that's just my Japanese genetics kickin' in though. Maybe I'll draw her western cartoon style someday too...

Silly, it's not an accident if you're doing it in a diaper (but I wouldn't have it any other way)!

Well you know... she has "accidents" and accidents. Sometimes she can hold it and chooses not to, but other times she might not be able to when she'd rather wait for some privacy... xD
