In this pic is the human wife of Lord Dan and the mother of Domineus Dan (D. Dan). Her name is Lady Grace Dan the Fair and is from a noble human family.
She is a master of the delicat blade style, a skilled gymnyst, acrobat, parry and other skills regarding dexterity. She is also a shield bearer and is a master in defense while using a shield. She is also able to do offense with a shield using crushing moves (basically like having a metal plate banged against an opponent).
Domineus Dan (D. Dan) has inherited from his mother her innate dexterity and parrying skills, genius level tactical prowess, and model like looks. He also inherited her excellent singing voice, sense of humour and the ability to make others under estimate her as an opponent through speech and actions.
She wears a high collar made of ornate feathers and the shoulder area of her dress is also decked in feathers. The area around her neck and chest area is decked in lace. She wears a delicate tiara of platinum with materials and jewels from the noble homeland of the Dan family, Adleria, where it was also crafted.
Her cape is made of the finest of silk. It hangs from the shoulder area of her dress and from the back. It then wraps around her entire arm area covering her arms and a portion of the front of her dress. The cape is folded and layered in such a way that when it drapes down, it looks like the folded wings of an eagle in a stylized fashion.
In Adlerian style nobility,the leaders of the noble families in the rulling class find that showing arms to be rude and a sign of intimidation. As such, they wear clothing like sashes, capes and other forms of clothing to hide their arms. Sometimes it is fully covered, and other times it is scarcely covered. In other times it is just one arm, usually the left arm. Lady Dan, being the wife of the Lord of the House of Dan, follows the tradition of her husband and covers as much of her arms with the use of her cape.
I modeled the basic look and figure of Lady Dan after the look of Stiffler's mom from the American Pie movies. Basically, a woman who is still attractive even in old age. A concept to be expected from a character with the word 'Fair' in her name since her youth.
I understand that there may be some proportion issues with this female figure, and that her lips are odd. In all respect, this is actually the best female drawing I have ever drawn. I am still at odds with drawing femal figures and human faces. Also, I am well aware of the oddly thick neck. I intended to fill that area in in Photoshop on the get go. So nah. LOL. ^\/^.
