Star Swirl the Bearded? Just because nopony knew who he was doesn't make his name unpronounceable, imo. Now, if you're talking about the kinds of magic he studied, that's a bit more tricky.

Part of it was the fact that, right after anyone said his name, I immidiatly forgot it, lead to it being unpronouncable XD
