Sorta depends on the escalation, she gets worse over time. Her general progression in game and through the series would be a general ally with a motive, anti hero, true villain, and then closer to the mephilis/Gerald level. She’s not intentionally trying to destroy the world, but if her actions cause it then she won’t give a shit and go with it, where as Eggman would try and then go oh shit no time to stop this if he does.
