I may go back and extend this tonight. It's not intended to be ... well, the more you move the parts around, the worst the animation looks with motion tweens if you're doing organic or living creatures. It's strange, but there it is. I certainly learned that lesson on my goo girls in After Effects and now have to go back and fix it.
Less is more, subtlety and suggestion of movement is actually more powerful in this context because if I do it more, the illusion of 3D-ness starts to break up some.
Frame-by-frame is what works best with gross (large) movement, but her shading and design would need to be just a bit simpler for that until I finish training my apprentices.
