OK then... Here's my idea.
Panel 1: As Lopunny changes Donnie's diaper, Donnie'll ask if Lopunny can play with him some more, admitting that he loves being babied, but was trying to hide it for some reason. Lopunny says yes, very happy to hear this.
Panel 2: Donnie's wearing a diaper & bib & is laughing as Lopunny kisses his tummy which is tickling him & Pichuboy & the Raichu are tickling him too.
