If the impact wouldn't do it, then he might as well...that was all Arryn had time to think before hitting the stand and cart. The floodgates opened just before the knockout collision would have. He was truly a master at making his own situations worse on this cursed day.
Had he been aware and standing on the other side of things, the plan technically worked perfectly. It was really a spectacular show of baby items mimicking fireworks, but instead landing around and on top of the mess Arryn found himself a part of.
"Ughhhhhuuuu.....whaa.." Arryn was awake and aware, but just barely. His head was even worse than the confusion that followed the nen reversal when combined with this impact. "Huhhh?" He could tell by the way his body felt that he was positioned in a terrible way. Without much time to think on his predicament, he felt his shorts being tugged.
It didn't take long before he flew out of the pile and was laying out in the open..just in his now obviously wet briefs. They clung even tighter than they had before, being new and not worn at all.
"N...nuuu....not..comfy...." Groggily he turned his head and blushed fiercely upon seeing the girly diapers taken out already. Clearly this was not going to be a forgiving lesson.
Radio raised his foot and then stomped down hard onto Arryn's stomach!
"You're going to learn a second lesson. Twice in the same day. How wonderful. A baby that's so hard of hearing he attracts punishment. Hehehe~!" The young kid laughed as he then took his foot off and grabbed at the briefs. The crowd was clearly able to make out what was happening now. The laughter kicked up as they all realized it was true that Arryn had wet himself. It wasn't long before they got a closer look at his briefs, as Radio yanked the undies down by gripping at them and tugging them off super fast. They shimmied up his legs and wafted through the air when he tossed them. The tighty whities landed, sparkling with a tint of pee and got several flashes from the camera.
Now Arryn was naked as the day he was born. Radio grabbed the poor boy by his naked legs and spread them apart, playing with them a bit like little wheel barrel handles. "Hehe. Smooth like a baby's legs too. Yup." He let the legs go and unfolded the girly diaper. He raised Arryn up by his legs with one hand this time and put the diaper under his bum. Grabbing the baby powder he fluffed it a ton and kicked up a cloud that might have made the boy sneeze. He then lowered his butt onto the diaper and couldn't resist playfully flicking Arryn's tiny little winkie for fun.
"I know what you're thinking. I didn't clean your little pin-sized winkie off. All that pee on you is gonna give you a rash despite the baby powder. My response is, OH WELL!" He giggled and kept flicking his winkie about, hoping it hurt, before he stopped and finally decided to tape the diaper up, giving it a satisfying pat.

Though he might be slow to learn, Arryn has quite a good idea of what's going to happen to him. The only positive he can take really is that he'll get out of his soaked undies~
