"Ahem!" Clearing his throat loudly, Arryn pointed his slightly shaking finger straight at Radio's face. "Listen you little brat, I've had enough of you acting so cocky! You think you're something special...a preschooler that thinks he can take on his elders! Well I've had enough of it! You're going to get a harsh lesson in respecting your betters, but mostly you're going to pay for what you did to me earlier!!" With his message delivered, Arryn concentrated all of his borrowed Nen into as terrifying an aura he could muster. He then focused it into both of his hands, and jumped forward to shove the smaller boy backwards onto the skateboard.....
Radio blinked when Arryn's clearly shaky and scared finger got all up in his grill like that. He raised a brow of confusion before Arryn began speaking. All at once, Arryn confirmed for him aloud that he actually hadn't learned his lesson at all. He probably could have let the lack of diapers slide had he just stayed true to saying he was a better big kid now. But no, seems he was determined to prove how much of a toddler he actually was. All the things Arryn said went in one ear and out the other basically. It all registered as defiance.
Manzo looked on with his mouth agape, sweating a bit at how impressive the amount of aura Arryn had was. That was truly some strong and scary aura. No wonder the white haired Zoldyck assassin stood no chance!
...When Radio saw Arryn's terrifying aura he rolled his eyes.
When Arryn made the push forward, Radio raised his own hands and clamped them onto Arryn's hands, effectively grappling him and stopping the push. Radio merely allowed his aura to flow and didn't even really need to concentrate much at all. Not nearly as much as Arryn just did. All he did was let the reversal flow through to Arryn's arms and weaken him in an instant.
"You've got a lot of power in you. It'd be impressive if all of it weren't borrowed. You're a sissy and a fraud in my book. You've got all that in you and yet you probably didn't work very hard to get it. I have a good power but I at least try and control it better than this. It's too easy stopping you, Pee-Pants Brat." He said, calling the older kid a brat.
With a steady grip, Radio stomped his foot on the ground, lifted Arryn high above his head, then slammed Arryn down onto the skateboard instead. "By the way, you guys also stink at being sneaky." Manzo blushed when he heard that. He couldn't help but feel the sting of that one.
With a raised leg, Radio moved the skateboard back and forth with his foot before grinning wickedly. "Beg me not to do this and I might not... psyche. I'm totally gonna do it!"
He powerfully kicked the skateboard right towards the stand that Arryn had planned to send Radio without a second thought. Radio didn't know what was there but he knew it was going to spill out and reveal what Arryn's hand was when Arryn collided into it!
Feeling like a wrecking ball about to crash into a crumbling wall, Arryn pushed forward with everything he had in him. All of his anger, humiliation, and most of all his nen exploded forward carried by his closed fists. Expecting a small explosion and a brief moment of watching Radio fly backwards, Arryn grinned. That lasted a whole two seconds before his grin turned to a look of absolute horror. Radio had taken everything he had and simply caught it with no effort. The terrible familiar feeling of his strength and nen being completely drained returned, though 10 times as powerful compared to their first meeting.
Arryn could only stand there and listen as Radio spoke. He had no other options now. His true feelings were revealed, and he had no possible escape.
"N...no...nonono...I'm not any of those! L-let go!!!" Barely able to put up a struggle, Arryn tried to break free until the last few words put an end to his efforts. Pee pants Brat..
"WAHHH!" Arryn had little time to feel pity for himself, before he found himself thrown through the air and landing on the instrument of the planned crime...He even had known about the sneaking efforts...
Barely able to keep up with what had transpired, Arryn jolted when the skateboard started to move. "B..beg? No...wait a minute please!? I'm sorrryyy!!! I really am!! I -- " He was cut off as Radio followed through with his promise and sent Arryn flying forward, straight towards the funnel cake stand. Fortunately for Arryn's sake, the crowd picked up on things and cleared the direction of the skateboard. It was a matter of seconds until Arryn violently collided with the stand, also pulling the tarp off the shopping cart. Everything now was executed perfectly...only to the last intended target!
Radio smiled as he looked ahead and watched Arryn smash into the stand, sending the objects toppling over on top of Arryn while they were being uncovered to both him and the onlooking crowd. It was a shocking discovery for everyone around. Radio, a little less so. It was less shocking and more exciting. He felt so much vindication seeing all of this!
Baby items everywhere. Baby booties. Baby bottles. Pacifiers. A baby bonnet. Onesies. Trainers. Plastic Panties. Frilly Girly Diapers. Jars of Baby Food. The whole nine yards! It was all there waiting and daring itself to be used.
Manzo winced as he watched this, feeling himself slowly creep back as the crowd's laughter began kicking up when they saw all the stuff Arryn crashed into.
Radio whistled happily as he skipped on over to where Arryn was and saw the poor boy's lower half sticking out from under the baby items he was under. The wet spot on his shorts looked... a lot bigger than before too. Radio smirked and grabbed Arryn's legs, regardless, and began dragging him from under there. "Hmm... you're stuck. Let me get a better pulling point..."
He reached up and grabbed Arryn by his increasingly wet shorts and tugged even more, managing to get him from under that large pile... but also succeeding in tugging down his shorts while he was at it. Radio then looked down at the poor boy and shook his head.
"Awww... that's so cute. Dumb baby butt fall and go boom. Don't worry though, I have a feeling you'll feel nice and comfy real soon." He smiled as he reached over to grab at the very first item. The most essential one. The first package of girly diapers. He fluffed them, opened them up, took one out, let the package drop by his side, and held it up, observing the girlish design and the poofiness of the garment. "These were made for you."

I will always enjoy seeing peeks of waistband from your characters, so it's always a nice touch~ A much less fortunate Arryn of course is yet again ashamed to be showing much more than that.
