Character Description
Lonnie the Cat, also known as Anarky, was a well-known criminal in the parallel world of Mobius 95, having gained a name for his anarchistic thoughts and plans to destroy the very own lifestyle of the self-righteous hypocrits who ruled the world. After failing to do so, he had been recruited in Team Suicide and, during a mission with them, he ended up in regular Mobius, where he helped advert a crisis and decided to stay, helping Sky forming the Runaways, while secretly rebuilding his army of accolytes on Mobius Prime using his skill with words and undeniable charisma
Personality
Lonnie proved to be extremely easy to emotions, especially rage, This, aided by his pyrokinetic powers, makes him a very dangerous foe. Nevertheless, he can also be quiet, brooding, and cold, or very joyful, mostly when his plans or strategies go as planned

Background/History
He was created on Mobius 95 by a scientist who cloned him from their version of Blaze, wanting to create a weapon to use against Eggman, but the clone was unstable and destroyed the laboratory, killing the scientist. He squandered around Station Square for a while as a hobo, until he was inspired by 95 Sonic's acts and by an anarchic ambulant. He took the mantle of Anarky and used his impressive speech ability to rally an immense amount of accolytes, willing to die just to let his dreams of anarchy live
