Conda is a part of the legendary ancient Titanoboa race and an old protector of the Mobian race. He's 85 ft long (approximately 25 meters) and weighs around 5 tons

He has a very serious personality and often uses outdated terms. He seems to also be quite smug and confident in his insane physical strength

Background/History
The Titanoboa Tribe has lived on Mobius far before other Mobians and humans, and when their time arrived, the tribe moved underground, always protecting Mobians. But Conda wanted to see the world so during the Resistance war he slithered out to travel the world. He has ran into Sonic & Co several times, either fighting with them or against them, but every time earning their respect for his immense strength and his expertise in battle
