This issue: Astrobunny is about to discover that this alien planet is not quite as uninhabited, or peaceful, as it appears!

An early attempt at a comic, done in pencil, which I haven't got around to continuing. I thought you might like to see it, though. This was before I actually started organising any sort of story or anything... but, the plot of this one did end up as a major point in the timeline. So far, it looks as though our intrepid explorer is lost, but not alone. What is the secret behind this solitary planet, I hear you ask? And who are it's inhabitants? Well, just wait and see... and until then, you'll have to imagine the alien jungle for yourself! (sorry about that XP)

But you seem to have foiled your own well-executed perspective trick there in panel #2 (the cockpit shot).

I'll admit that cockpit shot was tricky to get the way I wanted it: perspective IS my mortal enemy, though. What did I do wrong this time? =P

Easy. You cheated yourself out of a sure victory against your mortal foe, perspective. The pilot's right-hand paw is fine, but the angle of the panel's dramatic frame cuts it off. If you redid this, you could fully draw that victorious right paw as a burst-out, having it encroach onto the next row of panels as a connector: "This pilot-- with such well-drawn perspective-- is going through *this* dramatic landing, and is being watched by *this* Menacing Mysterious Eye (tm)".

Holy crap I see it! Why didn't I think of that?! It's brilliant! XD
Heh, thanks for the tip, I'm still new at actually putting any of my ideas down in comic form, so I guess I need to think outside the box a teensy bit more...? Although hands would be my next best... er, I mean worst enemy. Just stumble through them as best I can, though you'd think staring at my hands while I draw would make it easy...
The page is in pencil... I could always just quickly, and sneakily, fix that part and nobody would eeeeveer know... >=P
