Some time back I got to thinking about how Amanda Fuchs would look if she looked more like a fox and less like a tigress and she had an anthro's tail.  I went back to her original artist, Yamidog, https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery/yamidog/, and requested a new drawing of her as a fox.  Here's the result.  I think she's every bit as beautiful like this as she is in her original form.  This is the fourth drawing Yamidog has done for me and each is as wonderful as the previous one.  I've decided that this is Amanda in an alternate universe.  I'm currently deciding whether or not to write a short story about a meeting between tigress looking Amanda and vixen looking Amanda.

I think the tail and the snout fits her very well.

That's wonderful.  She is a fox after all.  It's just that, in her canon form, her tiger ancestry came to the forefront and created her to look the way she does.  I can't change her description in the story she's from because a good portion of the story line is about how her mother almost continually talks down to her because of how she looks.

I don't know if you recognize the pose but it's the classic Betty Grable pose from the 1940s.  It was made extra famous by being the nose art on an American bomber.

The "Sentimental Journey" B-17, THAT's where I saw this pose! :-D

Was that the name of the bomber?  I couldn't remember.  I remember seeing the photograph of Betty Grable, though.  When Yamidog asked for a pose, that was the first one that came to mind.  I also describe her in that pose in the story she's in.

Thanks for the link to the photo.  I've always loved that photo of Betty Grable (I don't care if she WAS old enough to be my grandmother.).  She was a beautiful woman in her younger days.  That's why I chose that pose for Amanda to be posed in.

One of my own characters (and my fursona's mate) is a redheaded vixen with tiger stripes

Wow!  Vixina is absolutely beautiful.  It looks like you (or she) and I think a lot alike.  I had created my original idea for Amanda several years ago.  In her original incarnation, she looks more like a tigress with fox attributes.  Late last year, I decided make her look more like a true tiger-striped vixen and commissioned her original artist (Ashkey) to redo her as this drawing here.

Oh, BTW, I bookmarked that page so I can look at all the drawings there.  I really do like the few I looked at, especially vixina since she reminds me so much of this drawing of Amanda.

Glad you like her *tailwags*  She started out as a regular fox, then about 10 years ago, I added the stripes to her look

Have you seen the original version of Amanda?  https://inkbunny.net/s/1219152  This is how she looks in the story in which she's the female protagonist.  BTW, I guess the fact that your fursona's mate is a tiger-striped fox and my Amanda is a tiger-striped fox, proves that great minds think alike.  Oh, and even though Amanda is not a recent creation of mine, she's definitely NOT over 10 years old.  LOL.
