A tech based supervillain I made for a commission back in 2014, thought I would dust her off and draw her again. Between her gadgets, her power gauntlets, and her various super serums, she tends to be a pretty tough villain for most to defeat... not to mention that if she ever beats a hero, she's likely to publicly shame them by making some porn-style humiliation video to broadcast to the web with them, instead of some overly elaborate death trap.
