I decided to have a little bit of fun here. This Certificate can be used for Roleplaying, ABDL's and Bigs in real life.
Diaperfurs, Babyfurs and littles alike. What you do is find someone that wants to adopt you or find someone that wants to be adopted. Put there name down. For the one who is getting adopted you full the first line. Then put the persons name that is adopting you on the last line after "Here by adopted by.

The date is pretty self-explanatory you put the date down when you adopted your friend.

Requirements is where you put what your little one requires or if you're the little one what you require. This can be diapers, Plushies, bottle of milk, double diapers or something else ;)

Notice how I put intresting as well. This is for the older kids or the once that like NSFW stuff.
The Certificates come in Red, Pink, Blank so you can print it out and sign with pen and paper, Blue and rainbow which is a must for anyone with LGBT pride or someone that just likes rainbows?
