Character Description
An albatross divine who worked for the Zodiac Council. He had power over water until the council's defeat rendered him powerless.
Personality
He follows orders and is quite loyal to his master.
Background/History
So unimportant that we really didn't learn anything about him.
I only drew him because it was easy compared to more important members like Cancer or Ophiuchus.
World/Setting
Body
His feathers are kind of a turquoise green. He only has wings on his back as long as he is a divine; once the Zodiac Council falls, he loses these wings.
