You need make a simple choice, will you decide to focus on the bigger picture? Life is incredibly pointless if an eternal human soul does not exist. Therefor, it is pointless not to believe that soul exists. at the heart of yourself is an immortal being of energy. That's you. the real you. Once you make the commitment to this belief, 3 things can happen.
1, you can realize, untimely death is a very poor way out. you may end up regretting it. how about stuck in a sort of limbo, where there's nothing at all, for what feels like 10,000 years? makes this shitty world not so lonely feeling in comparison. death is not something you can change once done.
2, how well the world of corrupt humans accepts you, does not ultimately matter. it really doesn't. you can see value in your self simply on your own merit. even if no one else sees that merit. regardless of what people might say, the ultimate goal of humanity is to create. You're an artist. Can you create a beautiful thing? yes. yes you can. so know you have accomplished a greater level than most. Say the worlds out loud "I have value".
3, you are not alone. you are never alone. the universe is all connected physically and spiritually. say no to those dark whispers in your ear. there are many "ways out". following the path of life is one of them. sometimes painful but usually the best one. say yes to those right now giving you love.
