As an FYI that may or may not be helpful. Her appearance was intended to "shift" as in, those markings of hers reflect differently as the light hits them, therefore they don't have to be in the same exact spots necessarily. Alternatively you can make them stagnant though! It wasn't that they truly "change" color but rather that light on them can greatly differ the appearance, but again, as the owner, its entirely up to you whether or not you desire to keep the trait. Alternatively I can also tell you of the technique I use to achieve that XD
The limbs get darker at each tip and a faint wide "stripe' over the ridge of the "nose." Base color has some variants to it, but the lighter patches were basically applied as stripes, but only faintly so that it still looks space skyish at the same time.

i honestly thought of buying her as either a mate or a playmate to my floofshark. sadly i didnt have the money at the time. she has an interesting design though. i do hope to see more of her. hopefully she doesnt get herself into to much trouble >.>
