I was going to draw Rage's Ruby as gift art a few months back but never got around to it, so I was quite happy to take her on commission (although a bit guilty tbqh)!
Rage's world of Lacertia has been around for a while, probably about as long as Elysia (Elae Meltaea), but I don't know much about his newer characters or modern incarnations of older ones. Most of them are really cute lizard girls with big butts though, and I'm sure that's all the furry fandom needs to hear, yeah?
Ruby looks to me like she's meant to be fashionable by the standards of the world. Many of the other characters, male or female, don't even wear pants, and she carries some kind of purse, the classical sign of a well-to-do dame. You'd have to ask Rage for proper details, of course.
