I used to, because depending on what comes next, "to send a self-addressed stamped envelope, email, tweet with the hashtag #widget, like our facebook page, subscribe to our youtbe channel...." whereas that would contain more information.  "that you must/need to/should (anything after to ijn the previous example would work here)" like must send, need to subscribe, should like, etc.

panel 2 on, they look fine.

that or to both could work at the end of panel one, just to is slightly more concise.  if they're filling time too, maybe 'that' would be the proper word to use there.

English is confusing.  It doesn't borrow from other languages, it mugs them for all their loose grammar.

you pretty much have it on this page, but in the first panel, you want to say "If you want to join the Sandia-chan fan club. don't forget that-"

since the line of panel 2 abruptly interrupts the first panel, you end that line with a hyphen.
