It's Tinzel, the Christmas Bush Bunny. It's his duty to find Santa's one Perfect Tree every Christmas season, the one which carries the hopes and wishes as well as the gold and silver decorations of that year forevermore in Santa's North Pole Grove... which is why it must be an evergreen... which is why Tinzel is evergreen.
