Organization Zero is a secret organization within Republic of Gear City, dedicated to protecting the balance between Turbine (Earth) and the other worlds.
Zero's members operate both inside and outside the city and are typically infected by the Elemental Emerald or some description of super-human. The full scope of the organisation is unknown and, due to its secretive nature, precise information regarding the organisation is said to be worth billions to the criminal all over the world. Law-enforcement agencies like the G.U.N or Zone Cop also appear to be after Zero, probably due to their vigilante activities, Zone hoping, helping the good or the bad in other zones. However, the police have been shown to co-operate with Zero in severe circumstances to achieve a common goal.
