It's ten days till Turkey Day everyone, that means it's time to begin my new (possible tradition) countdown to Thanksgiving, with a top ten list of lovable turkeys. Halloween gets all the baddies, Christmas gets the goody two-shoes, but November just gets the left overs... I dunno, I thought it was funny! Whatever, even if I'm the only one laughing I'm committed to it now and who better to kick start a countdown for overlooked underdogs, then the sadly misplaces ninja, Lance Corporal Zeroro, er Dororo!
While I've admittedly not watched a lot of SGT. Frog, I do enjoy the hell out of it. Fittingly enough, Dororo was one I nearly forgot about entirely for this but once he came to mind I knew he had to be included. While Dororo isn't my favorite of the Keronians, I do enjoy the joke of how forgettable he is, even if it makes me feel somewhat said for him, he means so well but never succeeds and hey, isn't that what this countdown is all about? There's really more I wanna say about him, but really in the end he really just exists as a joke. The character that is deliberately forgotten, I enjoy him for what he is and he has a cool style to him, but at the end of the day I've always liked Giroro and Kululu more. Again, I've not watched much of SGT. Frog and if I had, I'd probably have more to say, but as is I don't and this is why he's at the bottom of the list this year.
Don't worry Dororo, this year someone remembered you! You're even the first on the list... of course, that means you're technically the bottom rung of the latter... in a countdown geared towards losers... but hey! At least you're remembered!
