This pervy little bugger is a good example of a non-threat in Hollow Grove. (A minority monster group to be sure.)
A lot of monsters are attracted to Hollow Grove but not all of them are raw, undiluted spooky or something that hits like a truck. Moppet here? He eats clothing. Underwear is his favorite. He was brought into being by a girl bored with her own stuffy era.
The important distinction to be watched for is the flicker effect. If Cogs flicker out you need to get armed or get gone. Moppet is a monster that doesn't cause this.
