They say the sea witches of Harrias Slough dissolve into water when they die. That's balderdash. They only dissolve into water when they're bored.
As I promised way back on 1, it's time to scrabble for ideas. Today's just wouldn't gel into anything, so I ended up just drawing a dripping otter.
