Her arm isn't supposed to be like that, it doesn't really look like she's going to throw a punch, it just looks like an odd pose. Twisting your arm like that is actually kinda hurtful to yourself :~
Other than that, this piece is very nice. Very dynamic, and the colors and shading are pretty good too!

Actually, having boxed in a league... I'd have to say that this looks like she's going for a wild uppercut. Granted, it does look a bit odd, and most people don't draw back quite that far for such a strike, but after standing up for a moment and making the same motion (At least, in theory), I'd have to say it's not all too bad. Off balance and probably on the weak side, but possible. (I'm not trying to be a dick here, and I'm not going for one-uppsmanship... I'm just saying.)
