Both are good but I like tight panties better. It's more aesthetically pleasing to the eye and camel toe is sometimes even better than no panties. Loose panties look sloppy and unkempt, like the poor cub's family can't afford clothes that fit. Seeing side labia is always a plus though.

Hm, it's a real tough choice. Loose on one hand means access to the soft peach, but tight means nice cameltoe. Both are best when legs are spread wide. I think I like loose best; you can rub either her panties, or her peach.
