Opening big_as_fuck_discussion. As i know, Dk world gravity is close to earth one, according to the page, height there is somewhere like... 6-7 namah height values, they're falling on hard ground. I think its not just broken leg, its atleast hurt at most broken ribs. In "green" case its a great blood loss. You know, not that long ago i used to "dress" a corpse (lets dont think what it was saying before dead), with hole in the guts it was bleeding every time i had to move it... Im not even speaking about injuries gained during head-to-ground collision.

It's possible Bast caught her mid-air and was able to cushion their landing at the cost of his broken leg, but as far as Lilith and blood-loss goes I've no ideas.
