Thanks! I just wish to clarify that Alexei here isn't the former cop but Erich the GSD is. It's all part of an idea I had for a setting where the practice of issuing letters of marque and reprisal was revived as part of the War on Terror. So these guys and gals will end up doing things like chasing down terrorists, training foreign militias and militaries, things of that nature. Plus I'll also be showing them outside of their jobs. Case in point being Alexei here. I intend for him to be an extremely competent (and deadly) sniper; however, he'll also be a rather "flamboyant" with a penchant for rather girly things, including clothing.
