Initially just a sketch I was inspired by after coming out of sonicfan799's stream earlier, today I ended up not only designing a new character, but also colouring, shading and cleaning up the sketch. Been about 5-6 hrs; god am I a slow worker :'(

I haven't come up with anything about her yet, but I'm thinking Static Nova, or one of the 2 as a name, and her abilities would be based around electricity. I'll come up with something for her at a later time o3o

Also, shrek is love, shrek is life.
