fair enough, but the english localization team didn't realize at the time that Gatomon is more a male name for a cat, it really should have been Gatamon, but it didn't sound as good, so they went with using a male sound name when really there was nothing wrong with tailmon.

does anyone ever watch the show in it's original form? it's soo much better in jap, brave heart is a much better song than "hey Digimon" though i will say that the voice work in the dub and the things they could get away with on fox back in the day was pretty impressive

That's the thing. The dub was awesome for Digimon and even had hilarious parts to it. Yes, of course Japan had the better themes. America made a stupid rap for the movie theme after all!

They are both wonderful in their own ways =w=

as much as i like twilight she did react overstrongly i think too i mean he just pointed out the 'fact' they used gatomon instead of tailmon and she ended her response with 'shove off' which is rather a bit over the top i think, if that had been where it ended i would have sided with him but instead he continued to goad her and yeaaah i kinda stoped finding any reason to give a *bleep* about his arguments at that point.

Second this. Art is great! The text (particularly for darker characters such as redmon and purplemon) is a bit hard to read. The words are close and curvy enough that they blend into each other and the black text outline. It's not an issue if you are looking at it from very close up - probably how it was drawn.

Perhaps still use the character colour to start with, but tint it with an equal proportion of white?
Or perhaps a white glow outline, but I think that would still leave the merging issue.

Is this the comic from Poll 5 on Patreon? It seems the plot got kinda changed because the plot on the poll mentioned Valentine's Chocolate but on this page they say is the middle of summer o.o

yeah, the plot wasn't all that developed in my head when i wrote that summary. nonetheless, the valentines chocolate is still gonna be there and symbolize the same thing, just in a flashback = )

I'ma asume that patreon is not your only source of income, 250 a month is nice...but its not nearly enough to live off of, belive me i know i make 3 times that and i still struggle between bills food and what not

kit and i survive off of, combined, his 250 from patreon and 400 from my parents, monthly. kit's too hesitant to ask for the money he deserves. i had to argue with him to even get him to put the ask in the description of this page, and he finally agreed only with the disclaimer you see. i also keep telling him his pages are worth more than 50 each, as there are comics out there charging 200 per page for less work

i knooooow, and she's so delicious. she and biyomon both have that super cute factor. i just don't get why they're not more popular.

gatomon too, but i like her more for her personality. though we think she's a bit overdone, she fits our plot well and isn't as overdone as renamon, so we're okay with her :P
