While DMing a pathfinder game, albeit one using gurps mechanics, I found one of the module based faction leaders to be adorably incompetent when compared to the heroes. She's just failing over and over, up to and including being run off naked with all of her high end gear in the player's hands. I now imagine her making this face every time she thinks of my players.Poor pirate.

Should have had a parrot.
