Dalis Hailey is the son of Derek "Talon" Maza and Paul "Panthagoyle" Hailey by way of Toon Physics. (The animators were high that day.) Almost named Talis, he founded the Unstoppable Exploration Company and is a supporter of Mavericks in toon society.
Dalis is a fan-made mutant-gargoyle owned by my friend Darquirrin. Line art and color by me.
